I'm getting an error that says "invalid caracter" while creating a new campaign!
looked for invalid character on the configuration and didn't seem to have any.
anyone know how to by pass this?

Ok I couldn't find any solution online for this, so I contacted their support team. No shit these people told me "That's what happens when you're using a leaked or cracked version of our software. We have upgraded you to the full version for the next 7 days. When you try to run the campaign next time, it will work."
